It is the desire of the City of Webster City to
make Graceland Cemetery a quiet, beautiful place where a sense of repose will be
obtained by dignified landscape effects on a well-maintained lawn. To
secure these effects, the City has spent and will continue to spend considerable
sums of money, but to preserve these effects will require the cooperation of
every lot owner. All efforts will be made to maintain the general beauty
and harmony of the Cemetery. Peace and the sacredness of this land will
always be maintained. Accuracy with record keeping is
