Fitness Classes Early Morning Fitness Class This exercise program involves a complete cardiovascular, strength training and toning workout. Dates- January 5th-April 9th, 2004 Days- Monday, Wednesday, Friday Time- 6:15-7:15am Fee- $2.00 per class/$35.00 per session AM Aerobics Class This program involves low impact aerobics, step aerobics, weight training and toning exercises. This program is for all ages and fitness abilities. Dates- January 5th-April 9th, 2004 Days- Monday, Wednesday, Friday Time- 8:30-9:30am Fee- $2.00 per class/$35.00 per session Evening Fitness Class This class uses step aerobics, weights and toning exercises as a complete aerobic workout. Dates- January 5th-April 9th, 2004 Days- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday Time- 5:30-6:30pm Fee- $2.00 per class/$35.00 per session
Yoga Classes Yoga-Feeling Fine for Seniors A very gentle, therapeutically oriented exercise class that combines aspects of yoga, chair exercise and specific relaxation techniques. Geared toward students with special concerns such as fibromyalgia, arthritis and any other chronic illness. Dates Session 3- January 7th-February 11, 2004 Session 4- February 18th-March 24, 2004 Session 5- March 31st-May 5th, 2004 Day- Wednesday Time- 3:00-4:00pm Fee- $30.00 per session Registration- 2 weeks prior to start date Yoga- Basic Flexibility for all Levels Learn the basic breath work practices and develop both the body strength and flexibility found in this traditional Hatha Yoga. This level is also suited for those who are just starting an exercise program or persons with joint limitations. Dates Session 3- January 7th-February 11th, 2004 Session 4- February 18th-March 24th, 2004 Session 5- March 31st-May 5th 2004 Day- Wednesday Times Class 1- 4:00-5:00pm Class 2- 5:30-6:30pm Fee- $30.00 per session Registration- 2 weeks prior to start date
Aquatic Programs Aquacise This water exercise program is open to persons 15 years of age or older and is performed to music. It will increase your physical fitness level; including flexibility, stamina, and may help to reduce arthritis pain. Dates- January 5th-April 2nd, 2004 Days- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday Times- 5:15-6:00pm Fee- $2.00 per class/$35.00 per session Aquacise-AM classes Dates- January 5th-April 2nd, 2004 Times- 9:00-9:45am Fee- $2.00 per class/$35.00 per session American Red Cross Swimming Lessons Lessons are held Monday through Friday for two weeks at the Fuller Hall Indoor Pool. All children must be five years of age before the class begins. Lessons are limited to 10 participants per class. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. No phone registrations allowed. Parents must sign the registration card at the time of registration. You may not register your child for multiple sessions. They must pass the current level before being registered for the next level. Level 1 & 3- 3:30-4:15pm Level 2 & 4- 4:15-5:00pm Spring Swimming Lessons Dates- April 5th-16th, 2004 Registration- March 29th-April 9th, 2004 Fee- $20.00 Aquatots This program is designed to acquaint infants and toddlers with the water and basic movements. It is not intened to teach your child to swim. An adult is required to get in the water with the child. Dates- April 5th-21st, 2004 Registration- March 29th-April 9th, 2004 Days- Monday & Wednesday evenings Times 6:00-6:30pm (6 mos.-2yrs.) 6:30-7:00pm (3 & 4 year olds) Fee- $15.00 Spring Swim Team Practice The Webster City Swim Team will have practice at the Fuller Hall Indoor Pool to help build strong swimmers. Who- Youth ages 6-18, in Level 5 or above Dates- March 9th-April 27th, 2004 (Tuesday evenings) Time- 7:00pm-8:00pm Fee- $10.00 Registration- February 16th-March 5th, 2004
Youth Programs Winter Golf Lessons Scott Roth, PGA Professional, will instruct students in putting, chipping, pitching, irons, woods and etiquette. Clubs will be provided for those who don't have their own. Lessons will be held in the Fuller Hall Gym. Who- Juniors (Age 7-17) Dates- January 17th, 24th, 31st & February 7th, 2004 Times 8:00-9:00am- Beginners (Little or no prior experience) 9:00-10:00am- Beginners (Little or no prior experience.) 10:00-11:00am- Experienced (Prior experience and basic skills.) Fee- $25.00 Registration- December 29th, 2003-January 16th, 2004 Youth Track Our five week program will get youngsters acqauainted with the skills and techniques neede for future tracksters. This program will be held at the High School Track. Who- Boys & Girls Grades 3-6 Dates- April 3rd-May 1st, 2003 (Saturdays) Times 1:00-2:30pm- Grades 3 & 4 2:30-4:00pm- Grades 5 & 6 Fee- $15.00 Registration- March 22nd-April 9th, 2004 Hershey Track Meet- Saturday, May 8th, 2004 at 1:00pm High School Track
Adult Programs Volleyball Leagues Co-ed Volleyball Leagues Co-ed Spike League- Wednesday evening Co-ed No Spike League - Thursday evening Dates- March 3rd-May 5th, 2004 Fee- $70.00 per team Registration- February 9th-20th, 2004 Women's Volleyball League Wednesday evening spike league at Fuller Hall Dates- November 5th-January 14th, 2004 Registration- October 13th-29th, 2003 Fee- $70.00 per team Racquetball Leagues Mens's and Women's round-robin leagues. Dates- Begins January 6th, 2004 Fee- Court charge of $2.60 per player Registration- December 15th-29th, 2003 Co-ed Wallyball Leagues Try this fun filled co-ed league. Wallyball is similiar to volleyball, but it is played in the racquetball court and with only four players. The league will consist of seven games and will be played on Monday evenings. Dates- February 2nd-March 15th, 2004 Fee- $70.00 per team Registration- January 5th-23rd, 2004
