Note: All excavation shall meet the City of Webster City excavation requirements as per Webster City Municipal Code. This permit is given upon the further condition that the person holding the same shall repair or have repaired any damage done to any public service corporation property and pay cost of same.

Owner or contractor shall inform IOWA ONE CALL (1-800-292-8989) of all excavations. The contractor shall be responsible for enforcement and compliance of Iowa Occupation Safety and Health Standards for Construction Industry at said site.
