    Administrative Services Director

    The City of Webster City Administrative Services Director is responsible for providing a wide range of services and support to City Departments in the areas of recruitment, employer/employee relations, employee benefits, classification and compensation, collective bargaining, workers compensation and management of the City’s insurance and risk management programs.

    The City of Webster City Administrative Services Department also includes Environmental/Safety/GIS Coordinator, Information Technology Director and City Hall Custodial/Maintenance Staff.

    The City of Webster City Administrative Services Department is committed to providing quality customer service to the City of Webster City staff and public.

    Beth was born and raised in Webster City. She is a graduate of Iowa Central Community College and the Iowa Certified Public Manager Program through the Center for Professional Studies of Drake University.

    Beth joined the City of Webster City 1991 after working at Heller’s Carbonic and Electrolux.

    Beth and her husband, Russ, have two children. In her spare time, she enjoys completing small home improvement projects, flower gardening and spending time with family and friends. She has also been a volunteer for the Boone Bash River Dash, RAGBRAI committee, and the Raspberry Festival.
